Talent Q’s Aspects assessment is a unique portfolio of assessments designed for front line volume recruitment comprised of a range of assessments used to measure the fundamental skills and abilities required for front line customer service and support roles in a variety of industries.

The Aspects portfolio comprises Aspects Styles- an online competency based screening questionnaire, Aspects Ability- a series of short, engaging ad adaptive online ability tests for verbal, numerical and checking skills and also Aspects Judgement- a situational judgement tests assessing key competencies with a series of real-life scenarios which can be customized to the client role and organization.

The Aspects assessments have a number of available report outputs that have been designed to provide clear, easy to interpret results to aid you with your people processes. Reports can be made up of as many of the sections below as needed for any of the assessments:

Report Description
Aspects Ability Test Report Simple report that provides the percentile score for each ability test as well as how long the candidate took to complete each.
Aspects Styles Competency Profile Report provides a definition of each competency and ranks the candidate's score on a scale of 1 to 5 and also shows the candidates suitability score for the role.
Aspects Styles Interview Guide This is generated based on the candidate's competency scores- it takes the candidate's scores on each competency and draws together a series of interview questions that can be used to elicit further evidence during the face to face part of the hiring process.
Aspects Candidate Report This report is designed to be given directly to the candidate so they can see how well they performed on each of the assessments and provides some general advice on how to approach assessments of that nature.
