Fiona is an experienced leadership and business development coach. She works with individuals and teams to develop their leadership capabilities often within the context of improving client relationships and sales performance and winning new business in highly competitive markets.

She uses a systems-psychodynamic approach to coaching and draws on her business experience, established sales techniques and public relations skills.

The work she does ranges from coaching senior executives to realise their leadership potential to coaching partners in professional services firms to develop their sales capabilities and improve performance. She also has extensive experience of coaching sales teams pitching for major projects and account teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Fiona coaches individuals and teams including; management consultants, accountants, lawyers, actuaries, IT experts and corporate clients. She also works with senior executives in functional roles including the Heads of Sales and people with responsibility for managing significant client relationships.

Before setting up her own business over seven years ago, Fiona worked in a small team at PwC coaching sales teams on major, consulting pitches. Prior to this, she managed public relations for PwC’s consulting business in the UK and, then, in East Asia for seven years between 1992 and 1999. A key part of her role was to prepare senior executives for live media interviews.
