Debbie is an expert coach and innovative consultant who has held senior operational and Board responsibilities. She understands the reality of managing key relationships, addressing dilemmas and making difficult choices.

She has coached senior executives and their top teams across Europe and the US since 1995. She specialises in coaching individuals in large organisations facing rapid change, complexity and ambiguity. This often results in coaching for personal or professional transition, for leading organisational transformation and for growing leadership capability.
Debbie brings a rich blend of strategy, transformational consulting, line management and global perspectives to her work. She uses process coaching and breakthrough techniques to enable her clients to find more creative and effective solutions to their challenges.
Debbie's 33-year career path has ranged from being a Partner in a consulting firm to a CFO in three US businesses to a global transformational consultant and a coach and mentor.
Debbie is also an inspirational public speaker who has presented at a number of conferences and client events on leadership. She has delivered a number of Action Learning seminars combining leadership with coaching insights to mixed audiences by open invitation.
