Talent-in-a-box Development

The tools in the Talent-in-a-box for development each produce an individual report which in combination can support your people in their development process:

 

Rust Advanced Numerical Reasoning Appraisal (RANRA)

RANRA generates a report, a sample of which can be downloaded here.

 

Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal Report

An overall score is provided showing the test taker’s percentile score against 5 key norm groups. Including UK General Population, Graduates, Development and Outplacement, Managers and Senior Management.

We have also recalibrated existing norm groups for use with the updated test version. Including legal specific groups such as Graduate applicants to Law Firms (UK)

Results are further broken down into 3 key areas:

  • Recognising assumptions
  • Evaluating arguments
  • Drawing conclusions

Orpheus Personality Questionnaire

The Orpheus personality questionnaire generates a narrative report, a sample of which can be downloaded here.  

 

Intrinsic Motivation Test

360 Degree Feedback Survey Leaders Report

 

There are 4 individual and 2 group reports available for the leader 360 survey.

Professional users report
Designed for use by an experienced facilitator. Contains all of the key information, represented graphically, but lacks the contextual information that would enable an individual to interpret the report on their own.

As above but also compares the individual's feedback to our norm group data providing useful insights into how an individual performs in comparison to others.

Development Report
Contains guidance and information to contextualise the information with the report. It presents the data graphically so as to aid the individual's understanding of strengths, areas for development and blind spots. It has been designed, based on our knowledge and experience of behavioural change, to maximise the chances of the individual taking action and successfully changing their behaviours.
