The Raven's tests assess an individual's abstract reasoning ability through a series of matrices in which the individual is required to select the correct image to complete a pattern. The non verbal nature of the test means that it is a good indicator of general intelligence whilst minimising the impact of language or culture.
Raven's APM and SPM assessments

Raven, the APM and SPM are well established and validated tools that are widely used by organisations in helping to identify individuals with advanced observation and clear thinking skills and the ability to learn.
