Pearson assessments

Getfeedback were the first UK online distributor for a number of PsychCorp's occupational personality and ability tests. We integrated their 'offline' versions of Orpheus, Giotto, the highly respected Watson-Glaser test of Critical Thinking Ability and RANRA onto our assessment platform back in 2000.


PsychCorp was acquired by Pearson in 2008 and the global psychometric test publishing arm was rebranded as TalentLens from Pearson.
 
Talent Q We now offer Talent Qs leading edge psychometric testing, a new way of applying assessments in talent management. We offer the Elements Verbal, Numerical and Logical Reasoning testsas well as the Dimensions personality profiling tool. Elements is a range of 'adaptive' tests which adapt to how the candidate responds, giving harder questions as they answer correctly and easier questions should they provide the wrong answer. This makes for a very quick assessment - only 15 minutes long.
