Off the shelf 360 feedback surveys
Getfeedback offer three 360 feedback surveys. They have all been designed based on our strong and reliable competency framework. The surveys consist of behavioural statements that are easy to understand and rate. The feedback recipient and their nominees rate each statement using a five point rating scale. There are also 2 verbatim questions, the responses to which really add value to the feedback process. Each survey has been designed with a different job level in mind.
The surveys have been developed using the Schroder High Performance Managerial Competence Framework as their basis. This framework has been extensively validated across a wide range of industries and job levels and has been found to differentiate between high performers and average performers. That is, individuals who demonstrate strengths in the behaviours within the framework, out perform those who are using the behaviours at a lower level.
Our Leader 360°feedback survey has been designed to measure not just the impact these managers have through their own actions and on their teams performance but also the strategic and cultural impact they have on the entire organisation. It seeks to identify how these leaders are really adding value to the organisation. The goal is to help them understand how they can really leverage their strengths to have a strong positive influence on those within the organisation. Thats not forgetting that theres also a need to ensure that the things they do arent having a negative impact on the organisation. The survey consists of 66 behavioural statements.
Our Manager 360°feedback survey has been designed with first and second line managers in mind. It seeks identify the great things they are doing with their teams and to highlight how they as role models are influencing the ways that other people within the organisation get results. Again, thats not forgetting the need to raise awareness of the competencies in which they may not be quite so strong, or where the things they do might be having a negative impact. The survey consists of 44 behavioural statements.
The Individual Contributor 360°feedback survey is for individuals who have no management responsibility. It seeks to identify the great things that they do that have made them successful in the past and the things that they are contributing to the success of their team, department and the organisation as a whole. The survey also helps to raise awareness of the areas in which the individuals might need to develop in order to be even more successful in the future. The survey consists of 44 behavioural statements.
