The Talent in Law network

The Talent in Law network exists to address the specific need for Law Firms to identify, retain and develop individuals against the backdrop of a sector wide war for talent.

The broader context is the need for the profession to advance its people management: from communication to performance management, from recognition to development. The unique nature of the sector means that the sector needs its own taxonomy and best practices to equip HR for change.
