This 360 degree feedback survey is designed for use with those with line management responsibility but who do not operate at a strategic level. This elicits information based on 11 managerial competencies and, using a five-point scale, the respondent is asked to rate the focus on a series of question items and provide verbatim comments in response to two items.
360 Degree Feedback Survey Managers
The Manager 360° feedback survey measures individuals against the Schroder model of high performance management. The Schroder model is a well validated, robust and highly reliable tool for measuring performance. The manager survey focuses on measuring an individuals ability to demonstrate the behaviours at level 3 or 4 which a middle/line manager would be expected to display.
Group reports are available that can be used to provide senior management the succinct information concerning development needs and performance across the organisation, teams, or specific groups. Individual reports enable the focus of the survey to consider their strengths and development areas as part of a development programme or performance review.

Development Report
Contains guidance and information to contextualise the information with the report. It presents the data graphically so as to aid the individual's understanding of strengths, areas for development and blind spots. It has been designed, based on our knowledge and experience of behavioural change, to maximise the chances of the individual taking action and successfully changing their behaviours.
