360 Degree Feedback Survey for Leaders

This 360 degree feedback survey is designed for use with those operating at a strategic level and collects information based on 11 managerial competencies. Using a five-point scale, the respondent is asked to rate the focus on 55 question items and provide verbatim comments in response to two items.

The leadership 360 degree feedback survey is based on the Schroder model of high performance management. The Schroder model is a well validated, robust and highly reliable tool for measuring performance. The leadership 360 degree feedback survey focuses on measuring an individual’s ability to demonstrate the behaviours at level 4 or 5 (the maximum) which a senior manager/leader would be expected to display.

Group reports are available that can be used to provide senior management the succinct information concerning development needs and performance across the organisation, teams, or specific groups. Individual reports enable the focus of the survey to consider their strengths and development areas as part of a development programme or performance review.
