Golden Personality Type Profiler

The Golden Personality Type Profiler is an online tool which helps employees understand how they make decisions and relate to others. Unlike some simplistic type-oriented assessments, Golden identifies both a Jungian 4-letter personality type, a fifth global scale looking at responses to stress and the more complex traits that account for subtle differences between people of the same type.

The Golden Personality Type Profiler (GPTP) is based on a number of known thoeries of personality including; Jung, the principles of Trait theorists and the Big 5 model. As well as the traditional 4 Jungian areas of preference the GPTP includes a 5th dimension that compares Tense vs Calm, which is based on the "Big Five" trait of emotional stability, This additional trait helps to understand how an individual will cope with pressure and the likely degree of confidence and optimism they will display with regards to changes within thier life.
