Talent Q’s Dimensions personality profiling tool provides a broad range of information on an individuals personality including insight on how they will work with and manage others as well as providing information on how they will manage their emotions and energy.

Talent Q’s personality psychometric provides a new and efficient option for measuring personality. The assessment provides information on an individual’s personality broken down into 3 broad areas; People and Relationships, Tasks and Projects, and Drives and Emotions with multiple scales in each providing additional detail.

The Dimensions tools is designed to be used across all sectors, and functions and levels and can you used to aid in selection, development and team building projects. A range of reports are available to provide the most appropriate outputs for your requirements.

Narrative and Trait report
Designed for use in both selection and development contexts. The 15 measured dimensions are designed to reflect the most common competencies employed by most organisations. Includes a computer generated narrative intended to be read by the recruiting/developing manager. Describes the possible implications of the respondents typical behaviour at work.
