Talent Q’s Dimensions personality profiling tool provides a broad range of information on an individuals personality including insight on how they will work with and manage others as well as providing information on how they will manage their emotions and energy.

Talent Q’s personality psychometric provides a new and efficient option for measuring personality. The assessment provides information on an individual’s personality broken down into 3 broad areas; People and Relationships, Tasks and Projects, and Drives and Emotions with multiple scales in each providing additional detail.

The Dimensions tools is designed to be used across all sectors, and functions and levels and can you used to aid in selection, development and team building projects.

Taking just 30 minutes to complete and available in over 40 languages the assessment is accessible and simple for all candidates to complete and with an extensive range of reports available from a single completion by the candidate, the Dimensions survey provides a huge amount of information that can be used for recruitment, development, or team building initiatives.

Role Match Compares results of the tool to a predefined role
Interview Guide Provides interview questions based on how results have compared to the role profile
Derailment Looks at 8 derailers of how an individual's personality may change when under pressure
