180 Degree Feedback Survey

The 180° feedback survey measures individuals against the Schroder model of high performance management. The Schroder model is a well validated, robust and highly reliable tool for measuring performance. The survey focuses on measuring an individual’s ability to demonstrate the behaviours at the appropriate level for their role.

Individual reports enable the focus of the survey to consider their strengths and development areas as part of a development programme or performance review.
