Verify consists of a range of verbal and numerical assessments that have been developed for a variety of job levels within an organisation. Choose to use either Verify Verbal or Verify Numerical or both tests together to gain a fuller understanding of your candidate’s abilities.
Background
Verify has been developed to address the possible concerns associated with candidates sitting unsupervised ability tests, such as cheating or test security. Verify makes use of an item bank, 
meaning unique online ability tests are generated for every candidate.
Using Verify
Verify can be tailored to your role – select the test that most closely matches your role from the following levels:

Graduate/ University

Managerial/ Professional

Operational
-
Supervisory
Tests are timed and last between 17-19 minutes* for the verbal assessment and 17-25 minutes* for the numeric assessment. (* depending on the level selected).
Comparison groups for each test are available across the following industry sectors:

Accreditation Requirement
In order to see the reports from the Orpheus, British Psychological Society (BPS) Level A accreditation is required. If this is not held Getfeedback can provide a qualified consultant to provide feedback on the report.
