Our customers can choose to involve us as much or as little as they like in their programmes. We can provide you with the tools and training to run your psychometric testing directly, or we can manage the service delivery for you.
Fully outsourced service
For the fully outsourced service the process is simple and quick:
You give us a candidate list

We set up and administer the tests

Each candidate receives an email containing full instructions and a link to their assessment

You receive the candidate reports

You have a meeting or a phone conversation with an occupational psychologist to help you make the most of the data. (Please note this is optional if BPS accredited)

You get the right people in the right roles

There is an administration charge per candidate and per assessment
Self Administered
For BPS accredited users we can equip your team with a quality testing system. We train you to use our system so that you can set up and administer tests whenever they are required.

We train your internal team to use our system – training takes less than 2 hours and can be conducted at your premises

You receive a login to set up tests and retrieve reports

There is no license fee, once trained you only pay for the tests as you use them
Feedback
In accordance with British Psychological Society Guidelines, if you do not hold the required BPS accreditation for this instrument then one of our consultants will provide you with telephone feedback giving you the candidate report and helping you to interpret the data.
