Becoming a Partner comes with an increase and change in responsibility. Successful transition into this new role will require a clear view of personal strengths and weaknesses and a comprehensive development plan aimed at identifying the core capabilities, motivation and development needs. This profiling process can happen one to one or in small groups at an assessment or development centre.
Development & assessment centres
Placing individuals in a simulated Firm environment can expose new Partners to some of the responsibilities of a Partner including strategy development, commercial management, people management and strategic client relationship management. Individuals receive detailed personal feedback.
