Over three years of research our Talent Benchmark survey has consistently identified the importance of Partners being effective coaches. Often the start point for being an effective coach is to work with a coach personally. Getfeedback's Partner coaches have one of two forms of accreditation - they are either accredited through the Meyler Campbell School of coaching or are accredited in our own leadership behaviour assessment and development method. Both coaching styles are non-directive.
Partner Development Programme
Improving management skills of Partners is a key component in increasing profitability. After all it is management that will ensure the best ways of exploiting the firm's asset base - its knowledge and technical skills. Our Partner Development Programme responds to this need and is a modular offering so can be constructed over a period of time using the modules that are most suited to the needs of each specific firm. Generic case studies exist for each module, however we can work with your firm to design specific case studies and materials relevant to the stage of development of the firm and the Partners within.
