How to use Getfeedback's psychometric testing

The process of getting up and running with Getfeedback is very straightforward: tell us who you want to test and when, and we'll make it happen.

Important note! All our psychometric tests require interpretation by a BPS accredited psychologist. If you do not have a suitably qualified person in your business then Getfeedback can supply additional telephone intepretation support at an extra cost. This is very important and ensures that good decisions are made based on test results.

The candidate experience

  • Receiving the test. Each candidate receives an emailed link to their psychometric test instruction screen where they are invited to commence the questionnaire by clicking a link.
  • Completing the test. At this point the timer is activated – an on screen counter indicates time remaining throughout the test
  • Creating the report. On submission of answers, a confidential report is automatically collated in the ‘back end’ system.
  • Receiving the report. You choose whether the participant automatically receives their report by email or whether they receive feedback from a facilitator in the first instance.
