This year we are celebrating 10 years of being one of the UK's most successful people assessment consultancies. Getfeedback.net Limited was founded in 2000 by Alison Gill and Steve Bicknell. Bringing together a unique blend of business, technology and psychology expertise, they created a company whose porfolio of global household name clients today includes O2, Aon Insurance, Barclays, Bentley, British Sugar and ABN-Amro to name but a few.

  • Alison Gill combines an Oxford psychology degree, 15 years of commercial experience and Olympic rowing performances. She's committed to using real psychology in organisations, and to original thinking about solutions, not just running a process or ticking boxes.
  • Steve Bicknell created risk management tools for Goldman Sachs and led the architecture of several technology change projects. He has strong views on providing systems that work 24/7 and that you don't need to wear a white coat to use them!

Our evolution

Creating and running a business isn't a simple task. Opportunities arise: you need to move fast. In 2007 we set our grey matter running and listened to as many customers, suppliers, associates, staff and competitors as possible. The result?

  • Getfeedback - concentrating on making you self-sufficient by building a best-of-breed range of global assessments, surveys and processes, delivered on-line by technology that works.
  • Crelos - an organisational change consultancy passionate about supporting business leaders solve their most complex and difficult business challenges through our focus on behavioural change.

The two linked organisations aim to offer different yet complementary solutions to standards that make our clients and us proud.

Growing for the future

We now have over 20 permanent staff including a mixture of highly qualified psychologists and consultants, project managers, technical experts and client directors. We also have an extremely strong network of more than 70 associates who supplement our client projects with further commercial and specialist expertise. We apply the same rigorous recruitment standard for our permanent staff as for our associate pool. With an ambitious growth strategy to increase our share of the market, the next chapter in our existing story is still being written!
