Mark Sachse

Technical Project Support

Mark's role involves supporting the projects team with the technical creation and implementation of client projects which use the Getfeedback online assessment and survey system. Mark is also the first line support for any of user of the system - whether this is the administrator or the individual completing the exercises - handling queries by email or phone.

Mark is driven by a desire to find out how things work and sometimes why they don't! When others find difficulty in solving a technical issue, he enjoys investigating and understanding what has happened, explaining this to others and putting in place an explanation from which others can benefit.

At the weekend, Mark enjoys playing football for his local team where he has recently been voted Player's Player of the Season. He also manages and plays in a five-a-side team - as well as supporting Liverpool FC.

Project experience


Since joining the company, Mark has supported a number of client projects:

  • Collating and presenting the results from assessments used on a development centre for Ringway, to enable this to be fed back to the client in the most visually accessible way
  • Supporting 360 surveys technically and monitoring the completion status.


Previous experience

Mark spent five years working for the Prudential in their facilities management division as the Systems Administrator supporting around 100 people and, before this, as an Accounts Assistant in a firm of solicitors.

Education and qualifications

  • Advanced GNVQ in Business Studies
  • Foundation level of the Association of Accounting Technicians
