Clare Neal



Clare is a highly experienced Leadership and Management Development Consultant. Her specialism reflects her expertise in the area of learning development specifically Presentation, Influencing, Stakeholder Management, Coaching, Change Management and Communication Skills.

Clare is a very well-respected coach and trainer across both Crelos and Getfeedback. Her training consistently receives glowing feedback from her clients that include teams of varying sizes and groups of individuals at all levels for a range of organisations.

Her main areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation and career management. She is also highly skilled in areas of Board Development, 360 degree development and feedback, having developed a strong track record for her ability to successfully facilitate meetings relating to particularly complex and challenging subjects (and personalities!). She has extensive experience of developing cross-functional, project and global teams. Her career highlight so far includes her work with Mysis where she travelled to New York and Paris delivering a complex development programme to a global leadership team behalf of the company.

Clare prides herself on being an excellent coach and believes that this, combined with her career track record in holding demanding senior management positions with high profile blue-chip organisations, enables her to offer a truly transformational coaching experience to her clients. Clare is also a fully qualified Coach Supervisor and supervises the work of other UK coaches. She was recently asked to assess over 70 coaches in the UK and across Europe for a global pharmaceutical client.

Clare has developed her career with a number of well-known organisations including KPMG Consulting , The Boots Company (Industrial Division), Korn/Ferry International and Penna Consulting, where she was Principal Consultant of their East Midlands office.
