Intrinsic™ is a new questionnaire which assesses motivational drivers in order to determine how individuals will perform in particular roles.
It is not concerned with extrinsic motivation, for example how staff will respond to salary changes and bonuses. These can be easily assessed during an interview.
Intrinsic™ is a truly psychometric tool which looks beneath the surface to assess fundamental dimensions of intrinsic motivation. These dimensions can be matched up with job descriptions to determine the way in which and the extent to which the individual will be motivated, satisfied, and committed to the role.
